The Dream

I once saw a very tall man

Hugely admired by most

Quite handsome

But that was all

About the good of him that meets the eye

If only he was this

If only he was that

Murmured most that passed him by

I was amazed about the irony of life

All wanted to give him the good they couldn’t;

If only they were God

He would have been what they dreamed of

What of if he dreamed; the tall man?

I guess he would have been taller

I just guess
